Anna and Marlot consulted with us for their own e-commerce store. After initial meetings, we recommended a Shopify store to them. With its ease of use and low cost, Shopify is one of the best online store platforms. All the features you need are already built-in, so you don’t need to know how to code to set it up. Plus, it’s very flexible, so you can make a store that fits your brand’s style.
Shopify also protects your client’s data. It works well on phones and has a big app store where you can add more features as your business grows. Shopify can also grow with your business, whether you’re just starting out or quickly expanding. With its incredibly user-friendly UI/UX, Shopify was the best choice for our clients at Maniac Nails.
We chose the "Debut" theme from Shopify's theme shop for the design. This theme is perfect for new businesses because it is flexible and has a clean, modern look. Because the theme is responsive in design, the website works on both computers and phones. We used Maniac Nails' trademark colors, which include soft shades and vivid nail art pictures that reflect the fun and stylish aspect of their products. We changed the font to something modern and whimsical that matched the brand's spirit. We selected Montserrat and Raleway, both of which are available through Shopify's theme customization options.
We created a hero section on the homepage with an image slider that showed their best-selling styles, new arrivals, and seasonal offers. Below that, we set featured collections to help customers browse different categories. We used Shopify's drag-and-drop customization functions to guarantee that everything was organized in an appealing and simple layout. We did not overload users with excessive information or multiple sections.
We used Shopify's product media gallery tool to display multiple pictures per product, each from different perspectives and lighting. Customers could easily choose alternative styles and colors using Shopify's built-in product variant options. We worked alongside Anna and Marlot to write clear and SEO-friendly descriptions for each product. Each description includes material details, sticker application instructions, and maintenance tips. To allow customers to get a closer look, we also added Shopify's native zoom feature to all product photos. We used the Product Reviews App from Shopify's app store to create a review section where customers could provide input.
We set up Shopify's built-in inventory management system to simplify inventory management. We uploaded all product SKUs, assigned them to the appropriate categories, and set up automated notifications for low stock levels. For payment integration, we activated Shopify Payments, which allows users to pay with credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also provided PayPal as an alternate option for consumers who prefer it. Shopify's secure checkout is PCI compliant, meaning all payment data is protected.
Because many customers will access the site via mobile devices, we made sure the Maniac Nails Shopify store was entirely responsive. Shopify's themes are mobile-friendly by default, but we made some additional changes to improve the experience on smaller screens. We used Shopify's mobile preview feature to test the page layout and navigation. The smartphone version has a reduced menu, allowing customers to quickly find things without scrolling endlessly. We improved the mobile checkout flow by decreasing the number of steps and making payment options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay prominent for one-click transactions.

Customer Reviews: Approximately 70% of customers leave reviews after purchasing, resulting in 7,000–15,000 product reviews from satisfied buyers. Average Rating: Maniac Nails consistently receives an average rating of 4.5–4.8 stars, which shows strong customer satisfaction. Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): We maintain a CSAT score of 85%–90%, with overwhelmingly positive customer feedback.
